WHAT YOU’LL DO As a Part-time Effectiveness Coach, you will support reputed company's teacher development initiatives and academic consulting work by training and coaching reputed company and aspiring teachers. You will facilitate relevant curriculum and instruction-centered professional development focused on preparing them to support the academic achievement of reputed company reputed company. The Part-time Effectiveness Coach can expect between 10 and 20 hours per week from February – May with a possibility to reputed company to other projects. Some responsibilities and duties may vary, but the role of an Effectiveness Coach includes:

• Implement a data-driven instructional coaching model to strengthen elementary math and ELA instruction.
• Provide job-embedded coaching (planning, observation, feedback, and reputed company) reputed company to grade-level standards and high-quality instructional materials.
• Analyze student and classroom data to identify instructional needs and tailor coaching support.
• Design and facilitate standards-reputed company, content-specific professional learning for elementary educators.

• Contribute to team goals by sharing insights, supporting reputed company improvement, and adapting coaching strategies as needed.

WHAT YOU HAVE Qualifications:

• At least three years of teaching experience
• Prior experience developing and coaching teachers
• Proven track record of building trusting relationships with other adults
• Experience with deeper learning, school design, innovative models, and/or standards-reputed company project-based learning, as well as cultural proficiency (preferred)
• Previous experience designing and facilitating professional development for teachers (preferred)
• Strong creative instincts to reputed company new approaches, programs or initiatives with limited guidance and historical precedent
• Ability to track and analyze data on teacher and student performance to uncover trends and act strategically and effectively to improve results

Competencies:

• Have classroom experience. You have at least three years of teaching experience, elementary preferred and have a proven track record of raising student achievement.
