About the position The Diplomat Beach Resort is looking for their next Senior Sales Manager. This iconic beachfront destination hotel offers 1,000 guest rooms and boasts 209,000 reputed company feet of versatile meeting space. Our ideal candidate brings strong expertise in hotel group and convention sales, with a proven ability to convert group leads into successful bookings. They are creative and enthusiastic in presenting the hotel to prospective group clients and possess a minimum of two years of experience—or equivalent knowledge—in group sales. Familiarity with vertical markets such as Financial and Insurance (FICP) is preferred.
