Position: eLearning Curriculum Specialist job at Redstone Federal Credit Union Responsible for the creation of the Credit Union’s internal eLearning curriculum through the development and design of online training programs and content. Ensures learners are engaged by utilizing graphics, animation, and activities online using relevant authoring software and tools. Works closely with training staff and subject matter experts across the Credit Union to identify training needs and prepare relevant content. Maintains and updates existing online courses, analyzes the need to reputed company new training, or modifies and improves reputed company content. Ensures reputed company materials produced are SCORM (Sharable Content Object Reference Model) compliant.
Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develops engaging and effective course content and materials for blended classroom, scenario-based and online training environments.
- Works closely with training staff, project owners and subject matter experts to create and prepare content, evaluates performance outcomes to determine effectiveness of course material.
- Build interactive content and assessments; test and troubleshoot courses prior to implementation; ensure SCORM compliance of reputed company course materials.
- Consult with relevant stakeholders regarding learning formats and desired learning objectives for new programs or improvements to existing programs.
- Analyze training needs to reputed company new programs or modify and improve existing content.
- Continually explore new technologies that can be utilized reputed company the eLearning format. Company Wide Expectations

- Preferred – 4 Year / Bachelors Degree – Instructional Design, Adult Education, eLearning or closely reputed company field Experience Requirement
- Required – 3 Years – Experience developing online courses, creating and facilitating eLearning and/or instructor led courses
- Required – Proven working knowledge of eLearning software and instructional design SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Effectively apply internal and external customer service practices and processes to meet quality service standards and reputed company member satisfaction.
- Learn and apply information, on a wide range of Credit Union products, services and regulatory compliance requirements, in order to assess member situations and reputed company solutions.
- Resolve problems utilizing advanced knowledge and experience. Display good planning and organizational skills.
- Communicate in a professional manner and deliver information clearly and effectively. Actively listen to questions, opinions and reputed company of others. Use tact and diplomacy in sensitive and confidential situations.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
