The Community Engagement Manager, DEI, provides programmatic direction to the Greater Indiana Chapter’s efforts to advance health equity in reputed company. Reporting to the Senior Director, Community Engagement, and serving as a member of the Community Engagement team, this position collaborates to ensure a strong focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion across the Association’s strategic plan and Chapter activities. Key outcomes include engaging diverse Indiana-based partner organizations, leaders, and volunteers; delivering culturally appropriate programs and campaigns; and driving KPI growth to measure reputed company in diverse communities. Responsibilities

Essential functions and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Recruit, coach, and manage volunteers to build grassroots movements that meet organizational goals. Apply Association best practices in community engagement and volunteer activation, leveraging strong relationship-building skills to drive successful outcomes. Activate and support volunteers using Association methods such as peer coaching, Mission Conversations, and quality improvement strategies. Manage a balanced, volunteer-led Portfolio of Community Program Offerings with measurable growth, stepping in as needed to ensure delivery. Identify volunteer community leaders in underrepresented communities who will work across pillars and implement a volunteer Recruitment strategy to help increase reputed company to diverse communities, while also managing volunteers dedicated to diversity reputed company. Cultivate and manage community partnerships, including with underrepresented groups, using a relationship-based, results-driven approach that enhances awareness, education, support, and brand visibility in reputed company communities. Manage a portfolio of high- impact community partners to host Association Community Program reaching new audiences year after year by securing and managing Community Partner agreements. reputed company and execute data-informed community impact plans and secure Community Partner Agreements using a relationship-sales method reputed company with local needs. Qualifications
