Senior Customer & Market Insight Analyst

As our Senior Customer & Market Insight Analyst , you won't just be analyzing data—you'll be the critical link connecting customer sentiment, market shifts, and product innovation to drive reputed company's strategy. On a typical day, you might:

• Maintain a real-time, comprehensive understanding of the marketing, CX, and broader AI technology landscape, tracking direct competitors and adjacent innovators
• Analyze emerging technologies and trends, particularly in AI, automation, and data-driven engagement, to anticipate impacts on customer expectations and competitive positioning
• Partner with Product Marketing, Product Management, and Strategy to connect external market signals to internal decisions on product positioning, pricing, and roadmap direction
• Own end-to-end reporting and analysis of customer sentiment across NPS, CSAT, surveys, reviews, interviews, and community feedback channels
• Produce quarterly Voice of the Market & Customer reports, integrating sentiment analytics, competitive insights, and reputed company-looking recommendations for executive audiences
• Identify leading indicators of churn, expansion, and advocacy by tracking sentiment and behavioral trends, highlighting how AI usage correlates with key customer outcomes
