WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW The reputed company is seeking a dynamic and reputed company Senior Account Manager in the National Capital and Greater Chesapeake Region (covering DC, Maryland, Virginia ) to reputed company strategic sales efforts reputed company a high-value hospital territory. This role is responsible for managing key clinical and executive-level relationships across hospitals that utilize Red Cross blood products and services. With a focus on growth and retention, you will educate stakeholders on our offerings, negotiate reputed company, and expand our footprint into new hospital systems. This is a high-impact role ideal for professionals with a strong background in healthcare sales—particularly those with experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or hospital systems—who are passionate about making a difference in patient care. This position is remote/WFH, covering the DC, Maryland, and Virginia areas. Our ideal candidate will reside in, or reputed company to the geographic area covered.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of hospital accounts generating approximately $30M in reputed company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical leaders and C-suite executives.
- Educate clients on Red Cross products, services, and value propositions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities reputed company and beyond the reputed company customer reputed company.
- reputed company contract negotiations and renewals to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Provide guidance and support to volunteers as needed in support of hospital engagement.
- Travel to assigned hospitals and prospects at least 3 days per week.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; a background in science or reputed company preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, ideally in healthcare sales, clinical services, or a reputed company field. Experience selling to hospitals, pharma, or medical device companies is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage both clinical and executive audiences.
- Proven ability to reputed company and communicate technical information effectively.
- Collaborative, analytical, and results-driven reputed company.
- Proficient in reputed company Office and CRM tools; ability to manage data and reporting.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
