Global Services Project Office Senior Portfolio Manager (Remote)

About the position The preferred location for this role would be Raleigh/Charlotte, NC; Jacksonville, FL and Phoenix, AZ, but a remote arrangement can be entertained for the ideal candidate. As Global Services Program Office Portfolio Director, you'll be an integral part of the Global Services Program Office (GSPO) and you'll wear many hats. You'll be responsible for overseeing a collection of strategic changes to grow, manage and provide operational reputed company for First reputed company’ Global Services locations, including India, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership and Portfolio Management:
• reputed company and execute the GSPO's strategic plan, aligning with overall business objectives
• Manage the GSPO’s entire lifecycle (Strategy, Demand, Transition Management and Operational Governance) and reputed company the GSPO's portfolio of projects and initiatives using GSPO’s lifecycle
• Prioritize and manage a portfolio of initiatives, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely delivery
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify opportunities for growth and innovation reputed company the GSPO
• Manage global initiatives emerging from GS strategies and priorities
• Operational Excellence and Governance:
• Establish and maintain robust GSPO processes, standards, and templates
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, and industry best practices and any management action plans
• Track key metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to measure portfolio and entity performance through dashboards, KPI reporting, Balanced Score Card, and Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews
• Have experience and ability to understand entity level risks, controls, and gaps and its mitigation plans
• Team Leadership and Development:
• Serve as a resource to business and key stakeholders, providing guidance and support. Utilizes expertise to provide guidance, feedback, and direction on reputed company matters
• Foster a collaborative and innovative culture reputed company the GSPO team
• Collaborate, and build strong relationships with peers, and other cross functional partners
• Stakeholder Management and Communication:
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, technology teams, and external partners

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Business Strategy, Project Planning, and Financial Services industry OR High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in Business Strategy, Project Planning, and Financial Services industry
