• * We’re looking for a Recruiter who knows what it’s like to recruit in an agency setting—someone comfortable moving fast, managing multiple searches at once, and partnering closely with creative and business leaders. This role supports Creative and Content hiring across North America and sits on a collaborative, hands-on recruiting team.

You’ll own searches end to end, act as a true partner to hiring managers, and help shape a candidate experience that’s thoughtful, transparent, and human. • * What You’ll Do:
• ** Own full-cycle recruiting across Creative and Content roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support

• Partner closely with hiring managers to define roles, calibrate talent, share market insights, and reputed company searches moving

• Build and maintain warm pipelines of creative and content talent for reputed company and future needs
• Use reputed company Recruiting to manage requisitions, candidate workflows, interview feedback, and offers with accuracy and consistency
• Balance speed and quality while managing multiple roles at different stages at the same time

• ** 3–4 years of recruiting experience, with prior experience in an integrated advertising or creative agency environment
• Proven experience running full-cycle recruiting processes independently
• Experience hiring across creative, client services, social media, project management, strategy, and influencer-reputed company roles
• Comfort working with senior creatives and business leaders and knowing reputed company to push, reputed company to guide, and reputed company to escalate
• Experience using an ATS (reputed company Recruiting is a big plus), Linked In Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
• Strong writing and communication skills—you’re clear, direct, and thoughtful in how you engage candidates and stakeholders
• Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
• Able to work independently while staying closely connected to a broader recruiting team
• Comfortable in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift and timelines can be tight

reputed company salary range: $75-95K, plus bonus potential if applicable for role.
