Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, delivering exceptional service and solutions to our customers through inbound calls. Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries of varying types, providing timely and effective solutions to their needs
- Utilize probing question skills to actively listen and understand customer concerns
- Meet sales targets and manage objections to reduce churn
- Collaborate with the team to resolve reputed company customer issues and provide exceptional service
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications

- Ability to work in a quiet and distraction-free environment with excellent internet connectivity (2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download speeds)
- A smartphone (iOS or Android) with a hard-wired internet reputed company and a compatible internet service provider
