Key Responsibilities
As an Executive Customer Relations Business Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Reviewing customer cases and conducting research to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains
- Analyzing customer case data, observations, and reporting to reputed company a deep understanding of the customer's journey and opportunities for enhancement
- Interpreting research findings and translating them into clear, actionable reports and presentations for leadership

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- 2-3 years of customer service experience
- 1-2 years of experience in data analytics and performance reporting
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following skills and experiences are highly desirable:
- Demonstrated experience in data validation and business intelligence
- Experience with analytics implementation and quantitative analysis
