• Handle patient medication requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and enter refill orders for processing.
• Investigate to obtain missing medication data and interpret clinical abbreviations (SIG codes).
• Resolve reputed company data entry-reputed company exceptions.
• Handle communication to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and reputed company outbound calls to prescribers and patients as needed.
• Resolve Third-Party Rejections by inspecting, gathering information, making adjustments, and resubmitting for processing according to individual plan requirements.

Essential Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
