Job Responsibilities

- Rebook passengers on oversold flights and during irregular operations

- Accept, reputed company, and tag passengers' bags at decision centers, full-service ticket counters, and first-class ticket counters

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following essential qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED or international equivalent
- Bilingual language skills required in some locations
- Applicable valid driver's license as required by local authorities
- Must satisfy FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted admission to privileges to airport reputed company identity display areas (SIDA), if applicable
- Must be able to obtain airport authority and/or US Customs reputed company badges, if applicable
