Job Overview

We are seeking an reputed company Program Customer Representative to join our International & Commercial Black reputed company Spares and Repairs Program Management Team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in managing and executing customer repair transactions, ensuring seamless execution of repairs, and fostering positive relationships with our customers. This is a hybrid telework opportunity, allowing you to work remotely and collaborate with reputed company at our designated facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with customers before and after sales to ensure their needs are met reputed company and effectively
• Deliver on reputed company contractual and financial commitments, directly impacting the repairs P&L
• Respond to customer inquiries, providing appropriate product literature, pricing schedules, and recognizing business opportunities
• Resolve production, shipping, invoicing, and warranty issues while identifying and addressing additional business opportunities
• Collaborate with Overhaul and Repair Operations, Supply Chain, and other internal teams to ensure seamless execution of repairs
• Maintain ITC compliance and support cost, quality, and schedule commitments

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a reputed company discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 2-3 years of professional experience; or 1 year of professional experience with a reputed company Master's degree
• Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing, overhaul and repair operations, supply chain, engineering, or sustainment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work under supervision and follow established procedures
