The Director, ISO oversees and executes EIP decision-making authorities reputed company reputed company (cross-Departmental / cross-Line of Business) and, in some cases, reputed company reputed company's subsidiary organizations. The Director, ISO requires an in-depth understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across the function or reputed company. This leader will also work with EIP leaders to establish the broader Cybersecurity vision and direction for Home Solutions cyber and cyber-reputed company resources and/or operations. This leader Builds relationships with groups across EIP and reputed company's corporate functions and Lines of Business (LOBs) to provide direction and drive alignment to information reputed company guidance, policies, and reputed company controls. - Manage the Subsidiary reputed company program at wholly owned, and partially owned subsidiaries, as applicable

- Assess and report on reputed company risks through scorecard and risk reporting
- Manage budget for subsidiary's reputed company program

- Act as the conduit between Subsidiary IT and Business teams and Enterprise Information Protection

- Drive respective reputed company assessments to understand risks and exposures of new entities being managed and/or integrated, to help manage risk

- Maintain strong actionable metrics for reputed company functions, with clear KRIs (Key Risk Indicators) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with mergers & acquisitions, divesture, and integration activities
- 15+ years of technical leadership experience in Information reputed company (strongly preferred) or Information Technology
- 10+ years of people leadership experience
- In-depth knowledge of reputed company compliance, technology, and risk best practices
- Strong verbal and communication skills
- Ability to influence peers and leadership teams across the organization

Remote/WAH requirements:

Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting reputed company pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or reputed company based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job reputed company skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $172,200 - $236,900 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
