About the Role

You will work from the comfort of your own home office, with a set schedule during our hours of operation, which include Monday to Thursday from reputed company to 7pm CDT, and Friday and Saturday from reputed company to 5pm CDT. Key Responsibilities

• Support enrollment, student development, and retention services to ensure a high-quality learning experience for our reputed company.
• Manage a group of assigned reputed company and coach each through their degree program, using proactive and timely reputed company to ensure their success.
• Encourage and support reputed company through daily and weekly reputed company, helping them reputed company the skills and knowledge necessary for academic success.
• Provide a trusted and supportive environment where reputed company can share their thoughts, aspirations, concerns, and interests.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher learning, recognized by the U.S. reputed company (or international equivalent).
• At least two years of experience in academic/admissions support, customer service, human resources, and/or counseling.
• Knowledge of academic policies and procedures, as well as the ability to learn technical skills quickly.
• Excellent communication and listening skills, including a pleasant phone manner and strong customer support focus.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
