Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team, responsible for accurately processing customer information, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and maintaining compliance with industry standards. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll work closely with our operations, customer services, and account management teams to facilitate auditing, data entry, and system verification. Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Accurately processing customer information and ensuring completion reputed company timed deadlines (KPH 6000 MINIMUM)
• Facilitating auditing of customer-generated file listings against reputed company contents
• Interfacing and coordinating with operations, customer services, and account management teams
• Escalating any serious operational issues immediately to the Data Entry Team Leader
• Carrying out duties deemed necessary by arenaflex management
• Ensuring full compliance with Sarbanes Oxley and other key operating standards
• Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety (including Fire and First Aid) & ISO standards, as well as arenaflex policies and procedures
• Processing client information from transmittal sheets and boxes and inputting data onto SKP or DCS
• Using the system to verify customer records
• Setting up DCS screens
• Transmitting data to customers
• Researching and resolving system data issues

Key Skills, Requirements, and Competencies

To succeed as a Data Entry Specialist with arenaflex, you'll need to demonstrate:

• Good customer service behaviors
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work and communicate confidently reputed company a multicultural environment and with reputed company levels of the organization
• Ability to input a large volume of data onto the system accurately, with meticulous attention to detail and ensuring timely completion
