Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Manager State & Higher Education to join reputed company at arenaflex. As a key member of our Southwest Business Department, you'll be responsible for coaching and professionally developing our Field Government Account Managers and designated portfolio management. You'll also be responsible for increasing sales, establishing formal partnerships, and broadening awareness of arenaflex's corporate travel programs and services to State, Local, and Higher Education managed travel accounts.

Key Responsibilities

* Coach and professionally reputed company Field Government Account Managers and designated portfolio management to reputed company sales growth and customer satisfaction goals

  • reputed company and execute strategic plans to increase sales, establish formal partnerships, and broaden awareness of arenaflex's corporate travel programs and services to State, Local, and Higher Education managed travel accounts
  • Identify and hire trusted Advisors in the managed travel industry to join our sales organization
  • reputed company and train new hires to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles
  • Collaborate with other leaders in the space to identify best practices and share knowledge and expertise
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • reputed company and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a reputed company field

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a reputed company field
  • Proven track record of success in sales and account management, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to reputed company and motivate a team of sales professionals

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a reputed company field

  • 7+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a reputed company field
  • Experience working in the managed travel industry, with a strong understanding of the industry's trends and challenges
  • Certification in sales, account management, or a reputed company field
  • Experience working with CRM software and other sales tools
