Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative for arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

Customer Support

* Handling 15-25 calls per day, averaging 6 minutes per call, to provide exceptional customer support and resolve inquiries promptly

• Responding to text messages and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Providing accurate information and support to customers regarding services and general inquiries
• Troubleshooting any issues and escalating reputed company necessary to ensure customer satisfaction

Administrative Tasks

* Creating and managing the crew's weekly schedules, ensuring reputed company shifts are covered and any last-minute changes are addressed

• Monitoring the crew's group chat from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST to address questions, solve problems, and provide guidance as needed
• Regularly checking and responding to company emails, ensuring reputed company communication with customers and internal team members
• Responding to guest reviews, ensuring professional and courteous communication at reputed company times

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal team members
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain reputed company under pressure, even in high-stress situations
