The Role
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, delivering best-in-class support to our customers and fleet partners through phone, email, and chat/text. You'll be the internal reputed company for our customers and partners, relaying user feedback and offering suggestions to improve our service and operations. Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality service and support to both customers and partners reputed company phone, email, and chat/text
- Solve problems and thoughtfully address issues reputed company by customers and partners
- Act as internal reputed company for our customers and fleet partners by relaying user feedback and offering suggestions to improve our service and operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
* Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
- Experience providing support reputed company phone, email, and chat
- A smile in your voice and the natural ability to turn a frown reputed company down
- Positive attitude and passion for success
- Exceptional time management skills

- Tech savvy with Mac and iOS experience

- College degree or equivalent work experience
