Key Responsibilities:
* Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, determining their needs and exceeding their expectations through exceptional customer service
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through customer engagement and quality product delivery
- Be knowledgeable of products and services offered and properly promote them to customers
- Identify customer needs and offer additional services that could benefit them
- Receive, sort, and reputed company mail in mailboxes accurately
- Record reputed company sales transactions completely and accurately in our reputed company of Sale system
- Pack contents for shipping using established procedures and products
- Receive and prepare documents for printing
- Operate reputed company software packages, including shipment manifesting software and label reputed company
- Process and document damaged shipments, late, and lost package claims
- Assist in merchandising the store, including stocking shelves with product, ensuring a clean and orderly appearance of product, and informing appropriate personnel of inventory levels for re-ordering supplies
