Responsibilities
As a Live Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries reputed company online chat, providing accurate information about our clients' products and services
- Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for reputed company reputed company and client review
- Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review
- Developing and maintaining a knowledge reputed company of the evolving products and services

Qualifications

Requirements
* Must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, reputed company Virginia, or Wisconsin
- Must own your own computer or laptop with a webcam and microphone
- Must be able to attend four weeks of paid, remote training reputed company reputed company (Tuesday through Saturday, 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM EDT)
- Must be able to work five days a week, including a Saturday or Sunday
