About the Role and Team
The Customer Experience Project Manager will play a vital role in supporting the Customer Experience Strategy ecosystem, with a primary focus on overall program management and delivery of CX-focused technology improvements. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving the implementation of the Customer Experience roadmap, establishing and delivering on key achievements, and coordinating projects across multiple partner teams. Key Responsibilities
- Support and implement the Customer Experience roadmap, establishing and delivering on key achievements that drive business results and enhance the guest experience
- Coordinate projects across many partner teams, building and delivering presentations, managing timelines, and leading and supporting forums to ensure successful project outcomes
- Work with partners to ensure accurate tracking and measurement, delivering program recaps, reputed company efforts, and defining success metrics that inform future strategy and improvements
- Engage with technology and digital professionals to represent arenaflex's Customer Experience priorities and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Demonstrate deep expertise and constantly monitor the pulse of the customer experience, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation
Required Qualifications and Skills

- Three (3)+ years of experience in project management and/or product development, with a proven track record of delivering reputed company projects and driving business results
