Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our plan members, answering questions about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions, and helping them reputed company understand their services and options. • Help plan members understand their services and options, and provide education on available resources and benefits
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve issues and provide seamless support to plan members
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends, company policies, and procedures

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• At least 1 year of customer interaction experience (e.g., call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, military)
• Computer experience with Windows-based applications
• An associate's degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent customer service skills, including telephone communication and professionalism
• Ability to solve problems in a positive and constructive manner
• Reliability and compliance with certain standards, including HIPAA compliance and adherence to federal regulations
• Patient and understanding, with the ability to convey trust and confidence to plan members

• Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
