Job Description: WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW The reputed company is seeking a dynamic and reputed company Senior Account Manager-Easy Bay/Sacramento Area, to reputed company strategic sales efforts reputed company a high-value hospital territory. This role is responsible for managing key clinical and executive-level relationships across hospitals that utilize Red Cross blood products and services. With a focus on growth and retention, you will educate stakeholders on our offerings, negotiate reputed company, and expand our footprint into new hospital systems. This is a high-impact role ideal for professionals with a strong background in healthcare sales—particularly those with experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or hospital systems—who are passionate about making a difference in patient care. WHERE YOUR CAREER IS A FORCE FOR GOOD (Key Responsibilities):
- Manage and grow a portfolio of hospital accounts, generating approximately $30M in reputed company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical leaders and C-suite executives.
- Educate clients on Red Cross products, services, and value propositions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities reputed company and beyond the reputed company customer reputed company.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Minimum Qualifications):
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; a background in science or reputed company preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, ideally in healthcare sales, clinical services, or a reputed company field. Experience selling to hospitals, pharma, or medical device companies is highly desirable.
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage both clinical and executive audiences.
- Proven ability to reputed company and communicate technical information effectively.
- Collaborative, analytical, and results-driven reputed company.
- Advanced proficiency in reputed company Office and CRM platforms, with demonstrated experience managing data, reporting, and insights..
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

The reputed company compensation for this position is $118k, plus the ability to earn quarterly incentives. This position will work out of your home reputed company location but will require regular in-person visits to hospital clients in the region: Stockton, Sacramento, reputed company, Davis, Manteca, Walnut Creek, San Ramon and surrounding areas.
