Job Summary
As a Technical Program Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to design, reputed company, and deploy cloud infrastructure and data analytics solutions. You'll work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs, reputed company project plans, and drive process improvement through data analysis. Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with a team of designers and engineers to address the global fleet of Outsider Server farms (3PDC)
- Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design, and reputed company end-to-end solutions that include data collection, analysis, and visualization
- Plan and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale
- Drive process improvement through data analysis, identify, and implement business suggestions based on 3PDC data, recognizing and acting on opportunities to optimize
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company field
- 4-year certification or equivalent relevant experience
- 3 years of experience in program management, with a focus on cloud computing and data analytics
- 3 years of experience leading cross-functional or cross-organizational projects
- Experience in financial reporting and analysis, using accounting software and managing large datasets using SQL
Preferred Qualifications
* 3 years of experience leading large, cross-functional projects spanning multiple stakeholders, both technical and non-technical
- 3 years of experience in specialized program/project management roles
- Experience identifying, communicating, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive impact and work towards shared goals
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Skills and Competencies
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret reputed company data and drive insights
- Experience with cloud computing platforms, data analytics tools, and programming languages (e.g., Python, Java)
