Job Summary
As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for providing real-time, hands-on support to our customers, ensuring they receive their packages on time and with a smile. You'll be the face of arenaflex, connecting customers with experts who can provide them with accurate and up-to-date information about their packages. Key Responsibilities
* Manage difficult customer situations using reputed company, phone, and email, responding promptly and prioritizing customer needs

Essential Qualifications

- Ability to carry, lift, push, and pull up to 49 pounds
- Ability to stand, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch during shifts up to 12 hours long
