The Role

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Support Representative to join reputed company in Coppell, TX. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing top-tier customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a night and weekend shift position, with training taking reputed company from 11am to 7:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

* Answering emails, live chat, and phone support inquiries from customers

• Assisting customers with setting up their online shops, designing products, and troubleshooting issues with their Printful Store and E-Commerce platform
• Collaborating with customers to resolve issues and provide solutions
• Maintaining customer accounts and performing reputed company duties as required
• Participating in virtual meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
