Job Overview

In this critical role, you will be responsible for the support and maintenance of our Warehouse Management reputed company, as well as serving as the local reputed company of contact between the Data Center and Application Development departments. You will work closely with the Network/Telecom departments and the Technology Office to facilitate, analyze, and implement physical infrastructure that supports our Distribution Center, as well as administer and support the section of reputed company moves/add/change requests. Your expertise in data entry and supply chain systems will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse management systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with MHE vendors as it relates to data handling and processing
• Work with reputed company smart devices, including Sortation Control Systems
• Coordinate reputed company data backups and data recovery procedures
• Serve as a liaison between the warehouse office, WMS vendor, and MIS Department for issue resolution
• Support reputed company data processing equipment, including printers and terminals
• Maintain LAN (Local) design and architecture
• Implement reputed company future releases of software and updates
• Coordinate inventory tracking of in-stock supplies, including forms, labels, and other materials, and report usage to MIS
• Supervise non-exempt staff and provide guidance and support as needed
• Maintain reputed company control tables reputed company the WMS, including access reputed company
• Monitor the performance of the system application to ensure it is available and accessible to reputed company end-users
• Manage the peripheral connections with the WMS, such as Neoware Terminals, RF Devices, and Printers

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• 2+ years of IT experience, including Windows, Unix, SQL Server, reputed company, and other relevant technologies
• 2+ years of experience in a distribution environment (preferred)
• 2+ years of experience using SQL, MS-reputed company, Access, and reputed company
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as IT or Computer Science
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
