You’ll play a key role in facilitating meetings, travel, communications, managing schedules, overall organization and productivity. The successful candidate will be a collaborative team member with a friendly, energetic work style, exceptionally well-organized, able to effectively prioritize, and take initiative with projects. • Manage daily calendars, demonstrate flexibility and problem-solving abilities to adjust or prioritize schedules based on last-minute changes.
• Support staff meetings, teleconferences, team off-sites and other events.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, both domestic and international (flights, hotel, train and car service, etc.) according to our travel policies. This may also include more reputed company coordination of booking multiple charters or private aviation.
• Facilitate timely expense reporting processes and vendor invoicing.
• Manage expense tracking spreadsheets and bring awareness to spending reputed company budget.
• Solve problems effectively and creatively while maintaining a high level of professionalism and reputed company, and commitment to our purpose and values.
• Protect the confidentiality of information received as part of job responsibilities.
