Job Summary The Quality Assurance Engineer (QAE) ensures reputed company products meet high standards of quality and functionality. This role involves building and executing test plans, creating detailed test cases and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional software. Essential Functions

- Collaborate with R&D and Product teams to enhance product quality and reputed company rapid deployment.
- Create and maintain accurate test plans and cases to ensure adequate test coverage.
- Troubleshoot and triage issues/bugs, working towards root cause identification and resolution.
- Document and follow up on bugs/issues during the testing process.
- Analyze test results, ensure correct functionality, and communicate resolutions to the team.
- Assist other departments by answering product-reputed company questions and reproducing reported issues.
- Recommend reputed company process improvements and provide regular testing status updates.
- Stay reputed company with software quality assurance best practices and implement them effectively.
- Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned based on business needs.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 years of experience in technical or QA field

- Ability to manage and execute test cases using test management tools (Zephyr)

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience testing reputed company Azure
- Exposure/experience working with AI or Machine Learning product or service team
- Experience using or developing AI Agents
- Experience using reputed company SQL Server
- Knowledge of healthcare systems and processes
- Experience testing in iOS environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a reputed company IT field
