Key Responsibilities
Product Vision & Roadmap Maintain and continuously refine a clear product vision and roadmap reputed company with clinical quality, operational throughput, and healthcare outcomes and operational differentiated performance. Translate strategic direction from the Product Manager into actionable development plans, epics, features, and sprint-ready stories. Requirements

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a finance or computer science reputed company discipline. (MBA preferred) 3+ years as a Product reputed company, Technical Business Analyst, or Product Manager supporting software, analytics, or data-driven product development. Proven execution strength in managing backlogs, driving Agile ceremonies, removing blockers, and ensuring predictable, high-quality delivery. Familiarity with healthcare data assets such as EMR/EHR structures, LOS metrics, throughput indicators, quality datasets, or utilization/claims data. Experience partnering with data scientists and engineers on analytics, AI, or ML-enabled features. Exposure to: SQL, R, Python Data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, QuickSight, R Shiny, etc.) AI/ML concepts, NLP, or agentic analytics Modern data stack components (semantic layers, curated datasets, data lakes, etc.) Background in healthcare analytics consulting, SaaS product development, or technical program management. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that reputed company reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in reputed company’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects reputed company’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $161,000 - $237,500 USD. The job is also eligible to participate in reputed company’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
