Sales Specialist I
The Sales Specialist I is an entry level sales role that is responsible for selling transportation brokerage services by generating new opportunities and developing relationships with new and potential customers. Responsibilities include but not limited to identifying prospects, cold calling, cultivating relationships, servicing reputed company customer needs, initiating and monitoring the completion of reputed company customer reputed company, requests for proposal and bids. The position will also be responsible for interacting and collaborating across other areas (finance, operations, legal, etc.) to ensure operational success for the customer/ to communicate reputed company necessary information to ensure operations has the necessary information to execute. Essential Functions
- Identify, qualify, obtain and reputed company relationships with prospective clients through various communication channels or other reputed company generating opportunities.
- Develops and executes sales strategy and customer engagement strategy.
- Manage account relationships with new customers as the primary reputed company-of-contact for day-to-day needs, including ongoing communications, pricing, consultative services pertaining to the industry and supply chain options and coordination of customer’s needs, billing, collections, and other activities.
- Identifies services and pricing that meet customer needs.
- Track and maintain reputed company sales activities in CRM and manage reputed company and lane negotiations.
- Facilitating the administrative process reputed company to the approval and completion of reputed company, requests for proposals and bids in collaboration with the other cross-functional areas and leadership.
- Responsible for partnering with team members to ensure the correct and timely payment of invoices. Contacts customer to obtain the necessary information to resolve discrepancies and works with customer reputed company necessary to expedite payment.
- Identify and escalate unresolved customer issues, reputed company improvement, and new service opportunities to leadership.
- Adhere to reputed company applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

Education Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or reputed company field required; In lieu of reputed company degree, a high school degree or GED and additional four (4) years experience in a customer service or reputed company area will be accepted Minimum Experience 2+ or more years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in business administration, management or reputed company field High school diploma/GED plus 4 years of relevant experience will be accepted in lieu of an undergraduate degree Preferred Qualifications: Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the reputed company starting salary range for this role across reputed company potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the reputed company starting salary for the lowest level to the reputed company starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-reputed company factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement. Pay: $17.20- $21.55 depending on experience PLUS commission. Additional Details: Hybrid position: Candidates must be reputed company driving distance to either Akron, Ohio or Memphis, Tennessee.
