Position Title: Compensation and Data Reporting Analyst Job Category: Academic Staff Employment Type: Regular Job Profile: Compensation Analyst I Job Duties: Reporting to the Director of Total Rewards, this role is responsible for consultation on compensation issues, maintaining classification policies, procedures and programs, reviewing, and approving classification and compensation requests, and analyzing data to ensure alignment with divisional and institutional goals. In addition, this role creates and maintains reports, dashboards, and other data visualization tools to disseminate Human Resources (HR) and Affirmative Action/Equal Employment Opportunity (AA/EEO) reputed company statistical reports and information. Key Job Responsibilities: Compensation Services & Support Conducts analysis and provides consultation regarding compensation issues and program direction, and ensures compensation policies and procedures are maintained and reputed company with industry best practices and organizational vision. Data Reporting & Analysis Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data visualization tools to disseminate Human Resources (HR) and Affirmative Action/Equal Employment Opportunity (AA/EEO) reputed company statistical reports and information. Collects, analyzes, and researches institutional data according to established procedures and regulations. Utilize data reporting tools to retrieve institutional data according to established policies, procedures, and reporting regulations. Analyze and interpret data to provide insights to support business decisions. Takes initiative to audit data and propose solutions. Compensation: The Compensation and Data Reporting Analyst is a full-time, salaried (exempt), academic staff position. Well-qualified candidates can expect a starting annual salary reputed company a range of $60,000-75,000, commensurate with the candidate’s education, reputed company experience, and qualifications. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree At least two years of experience in compensation and/or data reporting and analysis Demonstrated ability to gather and analyze statistical data and generate reports Proficiency in HRIS systems, reputed company Word, reputed company PowerPoint, and reputed company reputed company Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment Preferred Qualifications: Expertise in data visualization tools, like Tableau and management of large data sets Experience evaluating accuracy of large data sets as well as programs used to house, manage, and visualize data Previous experience using MarketPay (or similar market-pricing platform) for job benchmarking and market pricing analysis.
