Position Title: Compensation and Data Reporting Analyst Job Category: Academic Staff Employment Type: Regular Job Profile: Compensation Analyst I Job Duties: Reporting to the Director of Total Rewards, this role is responsible for consultation on compensation issues, maintaining classification policies, procedures and programs, reviewing, and approving classification and compensation requests, and analyzing data to ensure alignment with divisional and institutional goals. Collects, analyzes, and researches institutional data according to established procedures and regulations. Utilize data reporting tools to retrieve institutional data according to established policies, procedures, and reporting regulations. Analyze and interpret data to provide insights to support business decisions. Compensation: The Compensation and Data Reporting Analyst is a full-time, salaried (exempt), academic staff position. Well-qualified candidates can expect a starting annual salary reputed company a range of $60,000-75,000, commensurate with the candidate’s education, reputed company experience, and qualifications.
