As part of our Customer Care team, you should be passionate about bringing the products to life for our customers and resolving any issues they may have. You will play a critical role in creating this world-class experience by answering inbound calls from our customers. Responsibilities
- Answer calls in a professional and courteous manner with a goal of having the customer feeling "delighted"
- Analyze customer situations and determine viable options that will serve them best
- Accurately reputed company telephone orders offering specials, promotions and services that help meet customers’ needs
- Work independently and professionally
Qualifications
Are you:
- Able to help customers in Spanish and English fluently
- Flexibility is a must in this position, 20 hours/month (or 3-4 days at the end of the each month)
- Proficient in keyboarding and computer skills
- Able to analyze problems
- Able to work under stress
- Able to reputed company essential duties and responsibilities with efficiency and accuracy
- Able to handle confidential information
- Able to type 30+ WPM
