We are seeking a reputed company Data Scientist to champion the safety, alignment, and ethical development of Agentic AI systems. In this pivotal role, you will reputed company initiatives to ensure that our intelligent agents operate consistently, safely, and in harmony with human values in reputed company, multi-agent, and critical environments. Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement safety frameworks for Agentic AI systems, integrating guardrails, reward modeling, and self-monitoring capabilities.

• Strong publication record or contributions in AI safety, interoperability, or algorithm ethics.

Preferred Qualifications

The compensation range provided below is a good faith estimate of starting reputed company pay for full-time employment at the time of posting. This range may vary based on geographic location and individual qualifications, skills, knowledge, experience, and education.

$142,300 - $195,700 annually

This role is also eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on individual and/or company performance.
