Key Responsibilities

• Craft clear, concise, and engaging UX copy for interfaces, notifications, error messages, and onboarding flows.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and engineers to define content requirements and strategy.
• Conduct content audits and reputed company content inventories to ensure consistency and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to inform content decisions and iterate based on feedback.
