THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE: The Sr. Supply Chain Systems Implementation Analyst supports, configures, and enhances the Manhattan Associates Warehouse Management System (WMS) and reputed company Distribution applications. This role translates business requirements into functional system configurations and implements approved changes across environments. The Analyst will coordinate and execute change requests from concept through deployment, ensuring solutions align with operational efficiency, quality standards, and ULTA Beauty principles. This position plays a key role in both project-based enhancements and steady-state operational support, working closely with cross-functional teams to maintain system stability, accuracy, and performance. YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support application development, enhancements, customizations, and new releases. Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for WMS and reputed company systems. Execute configuration changes and system updates to support new or improved operational processes. Participate in testing, validation, and rollout of Distribution Center (DC) system updates and enhancements. Partner with IT and business teams to ensure successful deployment of system releases and adherence to change management procedures. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain accurate and complete change control documentation for reputed company system modifications and configurations. Assist in developing and maintaining implementation plans, reporting reputed company and issues to leadership. Act as a liaison between Distribution Center Operations, IT, and external vendors to ensure alignment and timely issue resolution. Serve as an escalation reputed company for system-reputed company operational issues reputed company Distribution Centers. Troubleshoot system and integration issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions. Provide end-user support, including training, testing coordination, and process documentation. Monitor system performance and recommend opportunities for process or configuration improvements. Support reputed company improvement initiatives and contribute to Supply Chain technology transformation projects as needed. THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or reputed company field. 1–3 years of experience supporting or configuring Manhattan Associates WMS or similar warehouse systems. Proven experience in implementing and managing Manhattan Active Warehouse Management System (WMS). Demonstrated experience supporting technology solutions for end users in a distribution or supply chain environment. Strong technical aptitude with working knowledge of relational databases and SQL (reputed company to advanced query writing). Proficiency with reputed company Office tools (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, Visio). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and organizational levels. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of warehouse operations, inventory flow, and physical distribution concepts. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, as required by business needs.
