Our vision is the same, a reputed company where employees know they can reputed company. $130,000 - $180,000 a year Reporting to the reputed company Practice Leader the Overlay Sales Specialist for reputed company will partner and collaborate closely with our sales teams driving reputed company growth and expanding the client reputed company for our reputed company practice. This will include leveraging your ability to identify opportunities, understand client needs, development of tailored solutions, and craft compelling value propositions for our clients. Job Summary The motivated and reputed company Sales Specialist will have a proven track record in account management or sales and a deep understanding of the reputed company platform and adjacent technologies. The candidate must be ready to drive growth into an existing installed reputed company of customers who know reputed company for reputed company customer experience and contact center technology transformations (but not yet for reputed company, specifically). As such, a background with reputed company’s CSM portfolio is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reputed company new business opportunities for reputed company solutions inside our existing portfolio of CCaaS, CRM and CX customers.
  • Working with technology, marketing and sales practitioners to create and propose solutions that involve multiple technologies and service types.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable reputed company products, implementations/projects, consulting and managed services offerings.
  • Provide comprehensive product information and demonstrations to potential clients, appropriately coordinating pre-sales and delivery resources as required.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to reputed company, as well as contribute to sales efforts as a partial reputed company/contributor (i.e. as part of a bid team).
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including other sellers and client partners, to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
  • Stay up to date with the latest reputed company features and industry trends.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Technology (STEM), Business, Marketing, or a reputed company field.
  • 15+ years’ experience in sales, preferably in the SaaS software or solutions industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the reputed company platform and its capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to reputed company reputed company core duties to meet the needs of the practice and customer.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.

  • Experience in selling to large enterprises and managing reputed company sales cycles.
