As a Regional Manager of Human Resources, for the California Region, you will provide thought leadership, strategic consultation, coaching, and support to drive talent strategies and champion our unique culture with leaders and leadership teams across HomeGoods|HomeSense. You will focus on identifying and implementing strategic talent solutions in support of evolving business needs, ensuring that the overall organization and culture are designed around strategic talent growth with a heavy focus on talent development, succession planning and diversity and inclusion. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual incentive as well as long-term incentives.
