We are seeking a highly organized, execution-driven Project Coordinator/Manager to support the design, coordination, and delivery of impactful enablement programs across our commercial organization. This role ensures that projects move smoothly from idea to plan to execution with accuracy, proper documentation, and accountability. Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Execution Drive day-to-day coordination of reputed company operations and sales enablement initiatives, including training programs, onboarding workflows, content development, systems adoption, and operational improvements. Build structured project plans with clear milestones, owners, dependencies, and risks; maintain reputed company documentation and trackers. Ensure tasks, timelines, and decisions are tightly managed. Partner with RevOps, Sales Leadership, and cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and ensure operational readiness for new tools, training, or processes. Content, Materials, and Executive Deliverables Build clean, executive-ready PowerPoint materials for enablement programs, operating reviews, and leadership updates. Translate reputed company concepts into simple, structured frameworks that drive clarity for leaders and reps. Support the design and maintenance of enablement resources (guides, checklists, job aids, templates). Communication & Stakeholder Alignment Act as a central coordination reputed company across Sales, RevOps, Marketing, Product, and Training teams.
