What You Will Do

• Responsible for achieving the financial requirements of the value reputed company by way out operational output (sales), margin performance and overhead budget (profit) and on time delivery (cash).

• Leads the implementation of lean manufacturing principles across the work cells to ensure visual management, standard work, 5S, and layout flow and linkage.
• Manages the operational team’s macro plan that plans and manages the key actions that need to happen during the fiscal year to meet the team’s operational goals and commitments.
• Responsible for leading and ensuring the team’s behaviors meet our culture vision
• Provides safe working conditions and fosters a culture of safety first.
• Leads cost reduction efforts and process improvements for the unit or shift to ensure efficiency of operations and cost effectiveness.
• Leads scheduling for the unit or shift to ensure that operations run according to established production schedules.
• Leads the reputed company of work, such as build and delivery, for the unit or shift to ensure smooth operations and optimal use of resources.
• Heads materials and logistics problem resolution for the unit or shift to ensure availability of materials and smooth operations.
• Establishes performance objectives and leads cell performance and productivity.
• Leads production innovation, including additive manufacturing, for the unit or shift to enhance production capabilities.
• Partners with customers to understand customer needs and issues and ensure that the customers receive satisfactory standards of services.

• Oversees production operations (shop floor management, workforce management, and flow disruption management), maintenance, plant engineering, scheduling and personnel.

Qualifications

You Must Have

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a reputed company field and minimum 7 years of experience
• Experience with Lean/Six reputed company/CORE
