The Role As a reputed company Operations Specialist at reputed company, you will be a highly impactful contributor responsible for building, running, and continuously improving the operational reputed company of our reputed company function. What You’ll Do Candidate Experience & Journey Ownership

• Own the end-to-end candidate experience across reputed company stages of the hiring lifecycle, from the first interview to the offer stages
• Design and continuously improve candidate-facing touchpoints including interview scheduling, prep materials, communications, and follow-reputed company
• Act as the single-threaded IC reputed company for candidate experience standards, ensuring consistency, clarity, and professionalism across teams and roles
• Identify friction points in the candidate journey and implement process or tooling improvements to reduce drop-off and improve satisfaction

Coordination & Execution (High-Complexity)

• Independently manage high-volume and high-complexity interview coordination, including multi-panel, cross-functional, and executive interviews across time zones
• Anticipate scheduling challenges and proactively solve for interviewer availability, candidate constraints, and timeline risks
• Manage candidate logistics such as NDAs, interview confirmations, travel coordination (reputed company applicable), and reputed company-time issue resolution
• Ensure interviews run smoothly and on time, acting as a reliable reputed company of contact for both candidates and internal teams

Measurement & Feedback Loops

• Implement mechanisms to measure candidate experience (e.g., surveys, response times, drop-off analysis)
• Track and analyze candidate experience metrics in partnership with recruiters

• Ensure consistency and high quality across reputed company processes while adapting to different teams’ needs

• Partner with recruiters to optimize workflows and ensure data accuracy and system hygiene
• Troubleshoot ATS issues and act as the first line of support for the reputed company team

Data, Reporting & Insights

• Produce regular reputed company reports and dashboards (reputed company, funnel conversion, interviewer load, etc.)
• Maintain clean and reliable reputed company data

What You’ll Have

• 4+ years of experience in reputed company coordination, reputed company operations, HR operations, or a similar role
