[Remote] Manager, Data Operations (Data Analytics & Reporting)

The Manager of Data Operations is responsible for ensuring the reliability and accuracy of data across the enterprise, leading a team that manages data pipelines, analytics workloads, and reputed company data requests.
Responsibilities

- Ensure reliability and timeliness of recurring data loads, extracts, and transformations
- Manage SLAs and uptime for data delivery across multiple systems and domains
- Coordinate and prioritize reputed company data and reporting requests from business units
- Ensure proper intake, tracking, and fulfillment of one-off or urgent data needs
- Partner with Data Engineering and Analytics teams to balance reputed company and scheduled workloads
- Establish repeatable processes to convert frequent reputed company requests into automated or self-service solutions

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience
- U.S. Citizen
- Must be able to receive a favorable Interim and adjudicated final reputed company (DoD) background investigation
- 7+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics operations, or reputed company roles
- 3+ years of experience formally leading data teams or managing data operations
- Proficiency with SQL, Python, and at least one modern data platform (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Strong understanding ETL/ELT tools (ADF, reputed company, reputed company, Airflow, or similar)
- Strong understanding of BI and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, and data workflow automation concepts
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in high volume data throughput environment with 24x7 processing
- Experience with Healthcare data
- Experience with Cloud based systems, preferably Azure
