Senior Manager, Legal Project and Contract Management

Position Summary: As a Senior Manager, Legal Project and Contract Management reputed company reputed company’s Legal Department, you will play a critical leadership role overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of key contract management activities and cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, highly collaborative team. This position is embedded in the broader Health Care Delivery legal group, requiring strong project management acumen, legal process reputed company, and contract management expertise. Required Qualifications: Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience, including significant contract management experience Proven ability to plan, deliver, and support projects end-to-end in a fast-paced and highly collaborative business Strong business intelligence, collaboration, and teamwork skills Mastery of problem-solving, decision-making, and fostering a growth reputed company Formal or Informal Leadership skills, and adept at developing both self and others Willingness to travel up to 10% (including plane) Preferred Qualifications: Proven ability to reputed company teams; adept at problem solving, decision-making, and collaboration/teamwork. Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred; equivalent years of reputed company professional work experience may substitute Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $82,940.00 - $182,549.00 This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a reputed company bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the reputed company pay range listed above.
