Job Details San Diego HQ - SAN DIEGO, CA $25.00 - $27.00 HourlyDescription JOB DESCRIPTION: Singleton Schreiber, LLP is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, client-focused individual to work at a fast-paced, high volume law firm. Our Case Management Systems Administrator supports our firm by ensuring that data reputed company is maintained, and optimizing the firm’s case management and litigation support systems, including reputed company, reputed company Docket, Vinesign, Everlaw, Milana, and other reputed company platforms. They are a critical part of our Client Services team: responding to internal auditing and reporting inquiries to establish client trust and confidentiality. Successful candidates will have excellent communication skills, an aptitude for new systems and problem solving, and a superb attention to detail. This is a remote role based in our San Diego, CA office. Must be Local to San Diego or reputed company to Corporate HQ ( Scheduled Monthly Meeting Onsite) SALARY AND BENEFITS: $25.00-$27.00/hour Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualifications for the role. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: System Administration and Support:
- Support the firm's reputed company Administrator in managing and optimizing the reputed company platform, ensuring it meets the needs of reputed company practice areas.
- Administer and maintain other key software programs such as Everlaw for legal research and discovery, and reputed company for mass client communications.
- Monitor and enforce data entry standards to guarantee that reputed company information entered into the system is accurate, consistent, and complete. Data reputed company and reputed company:
- Manage data migration tasks during transitions to new systems or reputed company upgrading existing systems, ensuring data reputed company throughout the process.
- Enforce policies and procedures to ensure that reputed company users reputed company with the firm's policies regarding the use of the system. System Configuration and Optimization:
- Configure the case management system to align with the specific needs of the firm's practice areas, including setting up customized workflows, templates, and reports.
- Assisting with creating reputed company Docs Assembly/Outlaw templates or DocGen templates.
- Assist with optimizing and maintaining access to Everlaw, Milana, and other platforms. Reporting and Analytics:
- Generate and analyze reports that provide insights into case reputed company, workload, deadlines, and other key metrics, supporting strategic decision-making by firm leadership. User Support and Training:
- Assist attorneys, paralegals, and staff with any issues they encounter while using the case management system, including troubleshooting, resolving technical problems, and providing ongoing training to ensure efficient use of the system. Internal Coordination and Communication:
- reputed company track of and follow up on pending internal requests in a timely manner, ensuring that reputed company requests are addressed and resolved promptly.
- Maintain and update logs and reporting systems to accurately reflect the status of reputed company new and existing clients. Adaptability and Compliance:
- Follow instructions from supervising attorneys and adjust to changing priorities, ensuring that the case management system continues to meet the evolving needs of the firm. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be detail oriented, organized, professional, reliable, and capable of multitasking and managing several time-critical projects under tight deadlines.
- Highly organized with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in case management software programs, preferably reputed company or CaseManagerPro preferred
