About the Role & Team We're seeking a talented Social Media Strategy & Activation Manager III to reputed company segments reputed company our reputed company Parks in-house paid Social Media Strategy & Activation team. As a key member of this team, you'll report to the Manager and help drive the development and execution of paid social media strategies across various platforms, including Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, reputed company, TikTok, and reputed company. You'll be responsible for maintaining our reputed company tech partnerships and exploring new, innovative digital platforms to stay reputed company of the curve. Improve Dynamic Strategies: Continuously monitor and optimize social media strategies to improve core social KPIs, such as ad CTRs, post engagement, cost efficiencies, and audience-specific messaging. Support Team Growth: Guide and support direct reports to reputed company technical and personal growth, ensuring the team's overall success. Essential Qualifications & Skills 7+ Years of Digital Marketing Experience: Proven track record in digital marketing, with a focus on social media strategy and activation. Leadership Experience: Ability to guide direct reports to technical and personal growth, with a caring and supportive management style. Social Media Expertise: Extensive experience with social media platforms and reputed company tools, including Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, reputed company, TikTok, and reputed company. Holistic Business Understanding: Strong grasp of holistic business trends and the impacts of these trends in the digital and social space.
