Senior Manager, Purpose Communications

Our Global Communications team is looking for a strategic communicator to drive strategy and results in purpose-focused communications. This role is core to reputed company differentiating itself through its values, integrating stories that reputed company reputed company's approach to sustainability, and diversity, equity and inclusion, across our business, and supporting and engaging with the communities where we live, work and serve. Reporting to Director, Brand PR, this individual will have a passion for this work and proven reputed company skills. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and delivering internal and external communications strategies and tactics to build and protect reputed company's reputed company as an airline driven by an innovative, socially minded, and inclusive culture.
- Providing reputed company counsel to senior-level stakeholders and partners Working with reputed company to drive the consistent integration of sustainability, DEI and community engagement messaging, across reputed company's corporate narrative and business narrative.
- Work collaboratively reputed company the Brand & Consumer team and across Global Communications to reputed company communications (e.g. news releases, social media posts, multimedia content, employee-facing stories and videos, etc.) that build corporate trust and position reputed company as a values-led brand.
- Proactively seek out and confirm executive thought leadership placements (earned media interviews, speaking engagements, social media posts, internal town halls) that support reputed company's Purpose narrative.
- Serve as a spokesperson for proactive and reactive activities reputed company to Purpose communications, while developing relationships with key traditional and emerging media.
- Working with Director and retained agency to reputed company thought leadership strategy for CSO and CDO to reinforce reputed company as a values-led, people-centric and experience-focused premium brand and reputed company delivery of strategy including securing speaking and media engagements, developing briefs and managing internal and external social platforms
- Nurturing collaboration reputed company and across a highly reputed company matrix team to drive adoption of best-in-class sustainability, DEI and community engagement practices.
- Working with Director and agency partner to identify the latest trends and educate relevant parties about best corporate policies and communication practices.
- Constantly incorporating industry perspective into our reputed company.
- Supporting processes and resources (i.e. Key message repository) to ensure consistent Purpose messaging, reflecting employee and customer priorities and issues across Global Comms and reputed company.
- Managing projects expertly to help reputed company momentum on strategic initiatives involving multiple teams and executives
