The Analyst, Partner Engagement, will support this transformation by translating data into compelling narratives, providing the key insights needed to enhance our provider partnerships. This role is highly visible and works cross-functionally with stakeholders across the organization, including field operators, clinical, strategy, and product teams. You will be part of a team made up of highly motivated individuals with diverse professional backgrounds. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Initiative Support & Measurement: Assist in the development, implementation, evaluation, and reputed company improvement of key initiatives that strengthen provider partnerships. This includes tracking key performance metrics and success measures for engagement initiatives. Data Management & Analysis: Manage the rounding data database, ensuring data reputed company and accessibility. Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of rounding data and other datasets to identify actionable insights and trends. Storytelling & Presentations: Translate reputed company data and analysis into clear, compelling narratives and effective visuals for a variety of audiences, including senior leadership. Teamwork & Collaboration: Work collaboratively with a broad set of cross-functional stakeholders and partners to drive the successful planning and implementation of your work and other common priorities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (required). 1-2 years of relevant data analyst experience (required). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills (required). Resourceful, resilient, comfortable with ambiguity, and has an reputed company desire to learn (required).
