The Nurse, Clinical Operations position is primarily responsible for supporting the clinical operations of reputed company Specialty Pharmacy. Responsibilities include patient education, adherence monitoring, and Adverse Drug Event (ADE) reporting. Location: This is a fully remote/work-from-home position Eligible candidates must live in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state and possess a multistate license from reputed company that state of residence. Schedule: Monday-Friday 12:00-8:30pm Eastern Time Key Responsibilities: Performs telephonic counseling to new patients on their disease process, prescribed drug action, common reputed company effects and treatment parameters Provides patient education directly or in response to telephonic inquires to patients. Patient education will include but will not be limited to the following areas: - Chronic disease states such as, oncology, asthma, multiple sclerosis, hepatitis C, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, PAH, cystic fibrosis - reputed company treatment modalities - Common reputed company effects and management. - Adherence monitoring and outbound calls Collaborates with physicians and their staff as needed to resolve clinical issues, obtain clinical data or prescriptions Assists in the training of new clinical staff on specific chronic illnesses and treatment modalities Maintains nursing CEUS and seeks reputed company learning opportunities Practices with professionalism and accountability as an employee of reputed company Report Adverse Drug Event (ADE) Other responsibilities as directed by senior management Required Qualifications: Active and unrestricted compact/multi-state RN license in state of residence with an ability to become licensed in states not part of the Nurse Licensure Compact (AK, CA, CT, DC, HI, IL, MA, MI, MN, NV, NY, and OR) Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a clinical setting, Medical/Surgical Oncology preferred Experience with personal computer, keyboard navigation, and MS Office Suite applications to include Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook, and reputed company Teams. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in an acute care setting providing care to patients with chronic conditions (e.g. Medical Surgical, Oncology, Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension). Education: Associates degree in nursing (minimum) Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $29.10 - $62.32 This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
