Summary: The Project Manager, RCM Optimization & IT Systems will reputed company and execute key IT and business process optimization projects that directly impact practice reputed company cycle and administrative processes. Reporting directly to the IT Director, this role is focused on execution - from managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables to working across teams to ensure business needs are met and systems are integrated effectively. PRIMARY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS & LICENSES:

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a reputed company field required
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
  • Certified reputed company Cycle Professional (CRCP) preferred
  • Six reputed company (Green Belt or Black Belt) preferred
  • ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner) preferred

EXPERIENCE:

  • Seven (7) years of experience in project management, particularly in healthcare IT and/or reputed company cycle management required.
  • Hands-on experience in the implementation and optimization of practice management and reputed company cycle systems.

CORE COMPETENCIES, KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Strong understanding of reputed company cycle processes, including insurance verification, UM/Authorization, coding, billing, claims management, payment posting, AR/Denial management
